Medium-Dark Roast | Single Origin
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali, this organic single origin coffee delivers a deep, balanced cup shaped by volcanic soil, high elevations, and traditional processing methods. Hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds, Bali Blue develops the rich body and smooth character Indonesian coffees are known for while maintaining clarity and sweetness throughout the cup.
Layers of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar create a bold yet refined flavor profile with a smooth finish and lingering warmth. Grounded, steady, and deeply satisfying, this is the kind of coffee built for long sessions, late nights, and staying locked in when the work matters most.

SPECIALTY COFFEE
Quality is where everything starts. We select specialty coffees for distinctive flavor, character, and a cup worth coming back to.
FRESHNESS
Freshness isn’t an afterthought. Coffee is roasted in frequent small batches based on demand, then packed close to roasting to minimize storage time and preserve freshness.
ORIGIN
Great coffee has a sense of place. Origin, growing conditions, and processing help shape the flavors and character that make each coffee distinct.
CRAFT
Craft is knowing when to let the coffee speak. Roast profiles are carefully developed to bring forward the qualities of each coffee with balance, clarity, and intention.
CULTURE
Coffee has always been bigger than the cup. It brings people together, fuels conversation and creativity, and has a way of showing up wherever ideas are being exchanged, challenged, and built.
LIFESTYLE
Coffee moves with you. Slow mornings. Deep work. Late nights. Big ideas. Quiet moments. Café Degen is made for wherever the day takes you and whatever you’re building next.
SLEEP IS A BUG. WE ARE THE PATCH.
